The TS5106G12BA is a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) chip with a maximum single-channel sampling rate of 6.4 GS/s and an input bandwidth of 3 GHz. Designed for high dynamic range applications requiring wide instantaneous bandwidth and low conversion error rates (CER), this device features 16-channel JESD204B interfaces. Each channel supports a maximum operating speed 12.5Gbps. The TS5106G12BA chip delivers exceptional dynamic range and linearity while operating at less than 1.6W, making it ideal for low-power applications. Built on the Ti-pipeline architecture, this device features time-interleaving calibration that effectively suppresses noise floor interference caused by interlacing errors, ensuring outstanding spurious-free performance across a wide range of input signals. The TS5106G12BA uses a high-speed JESD204B output interface, operates in temperatures from-40 to 85°C, and uses FCBGA256 (14mm x 14mm) packaging.
